I had the pleasure of experiencing a transformative cord cutting/energy healing session with Naomi and it changed my life. 2023 was a difficult year for me in my healing journey and I desperately needed help releasing things that didn’t serve my highest good. Naomi was amazing. She always has this beautiful light and energy around her. After my session, I felt lighter and mentally clear. And since then it’s been nothing but up for me! I’ve also attended her sound baths which are always so relaxing and spiritually rejuvenating.

Naomi Pareja is a beautiful soul anyone would benefit from knowing.   I remember the first time I met Naomi - I went to a group healing circle she hosted. I was so burdened, saddened, and broken from difficult life circumstances, I didn't even speak. Yet, the environment Naomi created - the peace in her presence, the atmosphere, the aroma therapy with such amazing essential oils - allowed me to leave that group healing a little lighter. 

The next month I felt drawn to go again - this time I spoke of my circumstances. Naomi listened fully (a gift not everyone possesses) - and responded with such genuine care, compassion, and guidance. From there, I knew I needed to keep seeing her to grow past my pain.   

Naomi reccomemded a shamanic energy healing - it helped so much; I feel like I floated away from her studio. I've since had several healings, massages, sound baths, and Chakra balances with her. After each service, I felt lighter and brighter within my spirit; certainly, less burdened.   In my course of knowing Naomi she has introduced me to other magical souls, books, products, and resources that have continued to improve my life. Naomi’s coaching and energy work has been incredibly healing and supportive as I’ve navigated many seasons of life. From career change to bereavement, Naomi has offered abundant resources and insights. In January of 2023, I experienced a shamanic  healing session and massage with Naomi.   We discovered I had a lot of heart scarring and through the shamanic journey I released so much emotion and energy that had been locked away. This was a huge step in my spiritual and wellness journey. It catapulted my healing and 2023 became the year that I reconnected with my soul. I spent many Sundays at healing circle where it was a safe space to openly share my life journey and traumas surrounded by support and love, gently guided by Naomi. Friday night sound baths also became a regular part of my routine. I’ve never been one to easily mediate, and every time I went to a sound bath, not only was I able to meditate, but it was so much more than that.  I am forever grateful for the guidance, care and love Naomi has given me on my healing journey.

First, I will start by saying that I am incredibly grateful to have found Naomi; she has truly helped me this past year. I meet with her monthly for Reiki sessions and energy cleansing. I also attend her monthly healing circles. I look forward to it! She has helped me sort out the contradiction and confusion. When I came to see NaomiI had already been in therapy for a couple of years for the most devastating betrayal and brokenness I had ever endured. My therapists had helped me in so many ways. My dear friends, especially one in particular had helped lift me up out of what seemed like an endless dark hole of emotion pain that lead to physical and mental and spiritual pain. I am a Christian and I don’t know how I would have even still been here without the grace and love of Jesus. I felt that God was leading me to a deeper type of therapy. 

I reached out to Naomi, but really, I believe God put her in my path very literally. She listened to me with her heart, spirit and ears. She prayed over me and used her God given gifts to help guide me through my first journey of energy healing. Words can not express the amount of pressure, pain and brokenness that was lifted out of me during that first session. I was quite sure Naomi would never want to see me again. I immediately felt the release of more that I even new was on my being and in my spirit. Naomi used the word profound and I think that is probably the best we could do to but a word on the energy that was released. I have been on a healing journey since that first session and I continue to see Naomi for ongoing healing in my life. My prayer and meditation life is so much better. I still have a long way to go in this journey, but now I have better connections and the tools to work through my life.

When I met Naomi, I was coming out of a deep depression with the help of various traditional therapies and supports. Over many years’ time, I had been worn down by the stresses and anxieties of life, by personal trauma, and by the depression that overwhelmed me as a result. Just a month before my first appointment, I was at the lowest point in my life. 

Although thankful that I could see the light of the sun again due to the work I’d been doing, when I thought about the future, and when I saw the present moment, everything was shaded in gray. 

I will never forget the Shamanic meditation Naomi guided me through that changed everything and brought color and hope back into my vision of the future, as well as a zest for life back into my present. In the meditation, she encouraged the use of bold colors while I envisioned painting my life on a canvas. In that moment, I felt a sense of freedom and confidence to add color - joy, excitement, pleasure, vulnerability - into my monochromatic existence. I left that day with a ton of hope and the energy to move forward into a brighter, bolder reality of my own creation.

Through structured guidance during several more Shamanic meditations and Somatic Reiki sessions, Naomi provided the safe container and the supportive guidance that helped me process heavy emotional weights I’d been carrying and uproot the stronghold that past experiences were having on my spirit. I felt a greater sense of agency during and after these experiences and was able to then take specific actions to move myself along my healing path. 

I trust Naomi. I always feel secure and safe during energy work with her, and I appreciate that she personalizes the individual experiences to what I need at the time. She takes her role in the healing process seriously, and she honors the fact that I am the one who must do the work and reminds me that I am capable of doing so. 

The experiences I’ve engaged in have all been guided, but with significant freedom to explore the visuals on my own during the session. I find value in these images beyond the sessions, as well, when I can return to them during my own spiritual practices at home - to continue the work.

I’d been struggling for a couple of years, searching for my purpose and feeling like I was missing something. I’d reached that point in my life, that I hear so many people mention, where I just felt stuck. A little over a year ago, a friend of mine invited me to attend a Healing Circle with her. Although clueless about what it was, I knew I had to go and was simply drawn to it. After attending my first Healing Circle with Naomi, I left feeling the weight of the world I’d been carrying on my shoulders for way too long, start to lighten. I knew I was meant to continue this new spiritual journey I’d begun. I truly believe the universe brought me to Naomi for the inner healing and energy work I so desperately needed. With her I’ve done several healing circles, massages, sound baths, shamanic healing journeys,  breath work, chakra balancing, reiki work, etc. After every appointment, there’s an awakening inside of me that is powerful and full of life, energy, and clarity. I am healing from the inside out, connecting with the universe and spiritual guides through Naomi's work with me. The changes that have transpired from my journey with her thus far, cannot be referred to as anything short of amazing. I’m pushing personal boundaries while putting outside ones in place. I’ve been working with Naomi for over a year now and I’m so glad our paths crossed! I initially began seeing Naomi for bodywork to help manage my chronic illness and over time, we began to incorporate energy work.

I was going through a difficult situation, and she suggested trying Shamanic breath work. After the first session, it felt like a weight had been lifted and I never looked back! I’ve continued to see Naomi for Shamanic breath work and Reiki ever since. 

Naomi is such a joy to work with and I appreciate all she’s helped me with, not only physically, but spiritually as well. She’s so empathetic and truly cares about her clients.
