Shamanism is an ancient healing tradition that teaches us how to live in harmony with nature and the unseen world. It's a way of remembering our connection to the Earth, to Spirit, and to ourselves. Shamanic practice helps us move through emotional pain, find clarity, and return to balance by working with energy, intention,

and awareness.

This is a grounded, heart-centered approach that blends open conversation with shamanic tools. It's similar to life coaching, but it goes deeper-combining guided dialogue, intuitive insight, and energetic healing to help you see what's holding you back and learn how to release it. This work supports all spiritual paths and belief

systems.

Shamanic Healing is a blend of ancient and modern energy medicine. Sessions may include drumming, rattling, chakra illumination, cord cutting, or soul retrieval-always guided by what your energy most needs that day. These aren't rituals for show; they're tools for real emotional and spiritual healing, helping you clear energetic blockages and reconnect to your power.

All sessions are for adults 18 and older. Working together requires readiness and personal accountability. This isn't quick-fix work-it's for people who are ready to  look within, take ownership of their healing, and grow.

Please note: I only accept bookings made directly by the person receiving the work. I don't accept appointments scheduled by someone else on another person's behalf. Consent and willingness are essential for this process-I need to speak directly with each client to ensure they're aware, ready, and open to begin their journey.

Each session begins with an open conversation about what's happening in your life and what you want to work on. We'll set an intention together, then move into the healing process-which may include energy clearing, guided journeying, or intuitive messages. You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned. This work can be emotional at times, but it's always held in safety, compassion, and respect.
