Each session is carefully designed to support you, whether you're brand new or experienced with Breathwork.


1. Gentle Instruction & Practice

I'll guide you through how to breathe in a way that helps open the body and mind, ensuring you feel comfortable before we begin.

2. 1-Hour Guided Breathwork Journey

With my voice and rhythmic music supporting you, you'll enter a deep, meditative state where healing and self-discovery unfold.

3. Art Therapy Integration

After the journey, you'll have space to express your experience through simple creative exercises-no artistic skill needed! This helps bring clarity and meaning to what you've felt.

4. Reflection & Aftercare

We'll end with grounding exercises, journaling prompts, and tools to help you integrate the experience into your daily life.

No prior experience is necessary-just an open heart and willingness to explore.
